Cellular, Emotional, Ancestral Release and Integrative Therapy (CEARIT)
This therapy facilitates the release of energies and emotions that are carried within the body. We all carry energies, emotions, wounds, unconscious memories of past lives, and ancestral traumas. Also, imprints of toxic behavioral patterns and conditioning from society and family. Furthermore, we can feel completely overwhelmed by the absorption of the collective energies and emotions. These unconscious memories, stuck and stagnant emotions and energies become lodged in our cells, molecules, atoms, DNA, and every fiber of our being. CEARIT, releases these unhealthy emotions and energies, allowing the infusion and integration of new and healthy energies and emotions. Moreover, it aligns and clears the flow of energy through the chakras and meridians of the body.

This is a 6-month commitment
Depending on your needs and preference our coaching session will be weekly or biweekly. The session is 1 or 2 hours depending on the coaching session.

As a Reiki practitioner, I understand the importance of maintaining our energy body. We often forget that we need to clear our energy body of stagnant, stuck, or blocked energy. Just as we practice daily hygiene on our physical body, we must remember that our energy body requires our attention and care.
